Meet Your Coordinator

"I've been collecting wedding inspiration for over ten years — my camera roll and Pinterest boards are basically a living wedding archive."

Portrait of professional wedding coordinator

A little about me.

I've always been the friend with the spreadsheet — prepared with backup plans, safety pins, and solutions before anyone realizes they're needed. Becoming a wedding coordinator wasn't a career pivot so much as a natural extension of who I've always been.

After more than ten years working alongside florists, photographers, venues, caterers, and couples across California, I learned that the most successful weddings share one thing in common: thoughtful planning paired with seamless execution. Couples create the vision; I make sure it unfolds exactly as intended.

I specialize in day-of and month-of wedding coordination for couples who have planned their celebration and want an experienced professional to manage timelines, vendors, logistics, and the unexpected moments behind the scenes. Whether it's navigating family dynamics, protecting meaningful surprises, or gathering a missing wedding party member minutes before the ceremony, my team and I step in wherever we're needed.

Being trusted with a wedding day is something I never take lightly. My goal is simple — to provide steady support so you can be fully present, enjoy your people, and experience your wedding the way it was meant to feel.

My Approach

Why month-of coordination matters.

A lot of couples don't realize that the most chaotic stretch of wedding planning isn't the year out. It's the four weeks before. Vendor confirmations, timeline finalizing, seating charts, the seventeen things you forgot to think about.

Stepping in a month ahead means I learn your whole vision, build the structure to make it happen, and then execute it flawlessly while you spend your final weeks toasting with your people instead of answering vendor emails.

What you can count on

A calm, capable presence.

Calm

If something goes sideways (it sometimes does), you will never know. Calm in a crisis is the whole job.

Organized

Color-coded timelines, vendor binders, and contingency plans for the contingency plans.

In Your Corner

My job is to make you feel supported, celebrated, and completely at ease on the most important day of your life.

Let's chat about your day.

I'd love to hear all about it — venue, vision, the playlist you've been obsessing over. Send me a note.
